Eric Trump Returns to Witness Stand

The trial, which began on August 21, alleges that the Trump Organization and its executives misled donors to the Trump Foundation.
During his testimony, Eric Trump denied any wrongdoing and defended his family's actions. He claimed that the donations to the Trump Foundation were used for charitable purposes and that the organization complied with all applicable laws.
